Refund & Return Policy


  • Returns are issued in three potential forms:
  • Refund — A mutual agreement is made to issue either a full or partial refund back to the customer. If the error was on our part, a full refund will be issued. In regular circumstances, the $7.00 non-refundable fee will apply.
  • Chargeback — A dispute is opened with your card company and is handled accordingly


We offer a 90-day 100% money-back guarantee. This means that you have 90 days to file an official refund request with our Accounting Department and your refund will be issued accordingly. Your case will be handled within two business days and a refund will be made to your card or account within 3-5 business days. In some cases, depending on your bank or card’s policies, it may take up to one week for the refund to appear after being issued. That being said, after nineteen days have passed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

If you have already activated your software, please be aware that a non-refundable $7 relicensing fee will be issued as we will need to file with Microsoft as well. Some conditions and exceptions may apply. Please contact our Accounting Department for further inquiries.


We strongly discourage our customers from opening chargebacks with their card companies or PayPal for several reasons. In the instance of PayPal, this can create funds or account hold for the user. In the case of a credit or debit card, the funds could be held and the card cancelled (with a new one being issued) causing unnecessary grief. Rather than open a chargeback, please contact our Support first. We are always, always willing to work with our customers, even when they are unhappy with their purchase.
